RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from SAL RESORT. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a streamlined returns process.

Exchanges:
We provide free and easy size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers. Simply submit your return request via email. Once your return is scanned by the courier, your exchange item will be dispatched at no extra charge. We recommend returning your item as soon as possible to avoid disappointment in stock availability.

Refunds:
If your return qualifies for a refund, you will be refunded via your original payment method, minus return shipping fees and any initial shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Return Conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, swim and underwear items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, and returns will only be eligible for store credit.
