Do you ship Internationally? + -
Yes — we do offer international shipping, and you can complete your order directly through our checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. For US customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to tariffs or import duties on arrival. These fees are determined by US customs and are not included in your SAL order total.
Where do you ship within Australia, and how much does shipping cost? + -
We ship Australia-wide from our Noosa base. Standard shipping is available, with complimentary (free) shipping on orders over AUD 350.
How long will my order take to arrive? + -
- Australia: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (depending on location).
- International: Delivery time depends on your country and the courier selected. Once your order is arranged, we’ll share estimated delivery timelines with you.
How can I track my order? + -
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email confirming your order has shipped along with tracking details so you can monitor its journey.
What are your returns and exchange policy? + -
We offer a 14-day return policy. Here’s how it works:
- To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and unworn (no signs of use).
- Returns and exchanges apply to Australian orders.
- For exchanges, we’ll try to accommodate size swaps or alternate styles (subject to stock availability).
- For international customers: if you’d like to exchange, your best option is to return for a refund and place a new order (because of logistics and costs).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number + photos — we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
Can I change my order after placing it? + -
If you need to modify your order (size, colour, address), email us ASAP at hello@salresort.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order has been dispatched — but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing is underway.

What happens if my order is lost or held in customs (for international shipments)? + -
While we take every precaution and use reputable couriers, international shipments may be held at customs, delayed, or incur import duties. This is beyond our direct control. If you experience issues, contact us and we’ll partner with you to track your parcel and resolve the situation as best we can.
